Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Raziel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Raziel is a marketplace that connects Claude Code users ("customers") with Anthropic Max plan subscribers ("providers") who offer spare API capacity. Raziel routes API requests to available providers and bills usage against a prepaid balance topped up by card via Polar.sh.

We act as an intermediary only. We do not provide AI services directly, and we make no representations about the availability, quality, or legality of provider capacity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use online card payment services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Provider obligations

Providers are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with any applicable terms of service of Anthropic or any other third party. Raziel does not review, approve, or guarantee provider compliance. Providers may have their listings removed at any time for any reason, including without notice.

5. Customer obligations

Customers may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Raziel to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law or regulation. Usage is metered per token and billed against your prepaid balance.

6. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by card via Polar.sh. Balances are prepaid and non-refundable once consumed, except at our sole discretion. Billing operates on two models:

• Router usage — billed per request, deducted from your prepaid balance at the time of each API call.
• Teams — billed daily from your prepaid balance at a rate corresponding to your selected tier ($19–$159/month equivalent).

Payments are processed by Polar.sh and subject to their terms. Consumed balance is non-refundable. Unused balance remaining on a terminated account may be forfeited as described in Section 10.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Providers may go offline at any time. Failover is best-effort, not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWSPOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the gateway without permission
• Use the Service to generate CSAM or content that facilitates violence
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service for competitive intelligence

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Unused prepaid balance may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
